The laws concerning letting are complex, if properly executed your interests should be protected and the tenancy conducted in a competent business like manner. We advise letting under an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement prepared in accordance with the relevant Housing Acts thus providing for 'Mandatory Possession' at the end of the Term.

We hope you decide to entrust us with the management of your property but in any event we strongly advise you to only use a 'Fidelity Bonded' letting agent or similar and not to risk your property and rent with any other unbonded letting agent. We are licensed members of the government approved tenancy deposit scheme (TDS) for your full protection along with Client Money Protect.
