Hayling Property was founded in 1947 and we are an independent estate agent specialising in selling, letting and managing property on Hayling Island in Hampshire. We are the only estate agents on Hayling Island who are members of The Guild of Property Professionals who uniquely work together sharing their properties on a common property register that can be accessed and offered by over 750 members and by the public through The Guild of Property Professionals website.
